Where do you get your product?
Survivall Industries has worked for many years to develop relationships with vendors both in Canada and abroad. Many items are retailed directly; while other, larger kits have items imported individually and are then assembled by our in house team to arrive at the final product. Premade kits such as the Crashkit ™ line are delivered in “Direct from Factory” condition. Survivall Industries is a certified and licensed distributor for all brands sold on the site such as Crashkit™, Pelican®, Mayday ® and Mainstay™.

Who guarantees your products?
Basically, all products produced by Survivall.ca are warranted from the time of shipment to be free, for the warranty period of 1 year, from defects in materials and workmanship. Other brand name products such as Crashkit™ and Pelican ® Products both carry a limited lifetime warranty. We will honor all warranty claims on all product we sell. Bottom line is we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.

What is the best way to search for an item?
Our powerful search engine helps you find products and quickly and easily. You can search through Survivall’s huge selection of items by product name, category and brand-there are lots of ways to get to the same result. What if the product i wish to buy is out of stock?
When you attempt to buy the product it will show as out of stock and therefore you will be unable to add the item to your cart. But don’t despair, send us an email and as soon as the item comes back into stock we will contact you, we may also be able to make special orders depending on your request.

What if i order an item and it’s not what i thought?
Here at Survivall we aim to make the shopping process as easy as possible so you find the product which is suitable for all of your requirements. However, if the item arrives and it’s not suitable please contact us at admin@survivall.ca we will then work together to find the best solution for you.

How do I go about getting a custom kit?
We have been building survival kits for many years with custom kits at the heart of our business. Not only can we customize and build a kit for you, we can tailor it to virtually any application or certification process in the world. Need a kit that’s certified for Manitoba Firefighters? No problem. Need a Transport Canada First Aid Type B kit in addition to your basic survival kit? No problem there, either. Regardless of the application or size, we can build a survival first aid kit to suit any requirement you may have. Using only top quality products, we have been proving for years that when it comes to survival, you can count on us.
